Hi! My name is JinYoung Kim living in Washington State Washougal.
Many people misunderstood that it's Washington D.C, but it's not.It's the State that's in North West above oregon State.
I decided to be a foreign exchange student because my Dad recommended me to try the program.First I was
struggling if I could do well in a foreign country and whether I could withstand for 1 year.But I decided to be a exchange student after I saw the stories in Haniedu site.And heard experiences from the people who came back from foreign exchange student. And I think it was a good decision that I applied for the exchange student.
 I first came to America in September,7,2012. First when I went to the airport I was excited and nervous.After I left my family and board at the plane,then I realized that I'm actually going to America for exchange student for 1 year!!
For hours in plane I arrived to NewYork airport.Now I'm able to see NewYork City,the world biggest economic,cultural,artisitic city. 12/9/8

This is the picture took in NewYork City,Timesquare. I was really proud that I saw our SamSung advertisement in Timesquare. After Timesquare we went to see The Satue of Liberty!!


It was a major experience for me to tour New York City.
It changed my view from Korea to the whole world.
Next month I will write about events that happend til now.(Homecoming,School,Football,and sports I attend in school).
